Many tears were shed last night as thousands of Virginia Tech students, faculty members, and members of the community held a candlelight vigil in honor of the 32 people who were killed in Monday’s massacre.
Some prayed.
Some sang hymns.
And the entire crowd occasionally yelled the university catchcry: “Hokies, Hokies, Hokies.”
The Virginia Tech community consists of an amazing group of people who deeply care for each other.
God bless them all.
