Prayer and Reflection Room

This room is for prayer and reflection.

Please take a few minutes to remember and honor those we have lost and to pray for everyone who has been affected by this horrible tragedy.

Let us pray…

Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for everyone who is in pain because of the tragedy.

Comfort them Lord Jesus; ease their pain.

Provide them with hope. Give them strength, Lord.

We pray for the family members of those who lost loved ones. Their losses are unimaginable. And we stand with them in their time of need.

Shine your love upon them, Lord Jesus.

Help them heal.

Send the angels to them, Lord, to comfort them, to protect them, and to help them through this difficult time.

We pray for the students and faculty at Virginia Tech.

Lord this magnificent school and these magnificent people need your help and guidance.

Stand with them. Walk with them. Heal them.

We pray that all of the students and faculty members receive the help that they need.

Lord, we pray for the angels we lost on that day. They are with you now, Lord Jesus.

They are the greatest angels in Heaven.

Grant them eternal rest in your Paradise, Lord.

We miss them very much. We love them very much.

Lord, let their spirits live on in all of us, so we may carry on their work, their hopes, their dreams, and their love.

Jesus Christ, you are our Lord and Savior..

Help us heal.

Amen.
